The tiny home has been carefully designed and planned to utilize every square foot in a space that just 128 square feet in a design that is both functional and beautiful. The tiny home contains a few distinct rooms or spaces, you will first walk into the living room, with its adjustable futon, desk/workspace, closet, and a book and movie collection. Keep walking and you will be back towards the kitchen, with cooking oils, spices and all the cookware that you'll need to make a delicious home-cooked meal for yourself. The adjacent bathroom has a shower and toilet with plenty of hot water on demand. And up above you have a cozy sleeping loft, with a super-comfy queen-sized bed and a window that you can prop open to enjoy some fresh air and sounds from the farm.

The tiny house is located on a farm that is beautiful and becomes more so every day as the owners continue to build and cultivate the land. There are also hiking trails just a short walk away from the front door. While you are surrounded by nature and a farm you will still have the modern conveniences of home as guests can connect to super-fast fiber wifi. During the colder winter months, the water running to the tiny house may freeze during hard freezes of minus 30 degrees or below. If this is the case the owners will likely drain the water late that night, and restore it once the temperature rises early in the morning.

The bathroom contains a hot, high-pressure shower along with a composting toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, induction cooktop, toaster oven, pots/pans/utensils, and blender all of which guests may use if they like to prepare food. There is an air conditioning unit as well as a free-standing convection heater. Guests of the tiny house will also have access to the on-site outhouse and community shower-house. Guests are welcome to explore all parts of the farm during their stay.
