The neighboring town is a smaller historic city, Harderwijk which is 5 kilometers away, with Amersfoort, Zwolle, and Apeldoorn about a half-hour drive. The city of Amsterdam is a one hour drive. The tiny cabin is easily reachable by public transportation. The train station is only a 12-minute walk away, with the nearest bus stop just around the corner.
