The vacation home design has a boat dock that is available for guests' use and there are 2 mooring whips to secure any additional watercraft.

The vacation house has 3 master bedrooms 2 of which have their refrigerator with king-sized beds and HDTVs. The other 2 bedrooms have a king-sized bed and queen-sized bed respectively and share a bath. The bunkroom located at the bottom level has its bathroom for all the kids.
