The tiny house has several amenities to include a large patio, picnic area, fire pit, grill, and a huge yard. The property can be used by guests, with primitive trails, woods and grounds to enjoy. During your vacation stay you will have use of the entire tiny house and access to the surrounding property to use at your own risk. You'll have full access to hike around the 10-acre woods that lead down to the Old Hickory lake, the property boundaries are either fenced or marked with signs. Pets are allows but please keep them restrained and please clean up.

There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping that are reasonably close. The property is just across the road from the Old Hickory Lake, Beach and the Laguardo Recreation Area. You can enjoy this vacation rental to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting and space. While walking around the property you will want to be careful as there are many areas where big trees grow out of boulders and crevices.

Inside the tiny house has wooden floors, ceiling, kitchen cabinets and walls for a warm and cozy feel.
