Proximity to Nature and Outdoor Trails

There are great outdoor, berry, and hunting terrain as well as skiing and tobogganing trails nearby. The cottage plot is bordered on both sides by a ditch. There is a cottage road about 400 meters from the public road, which serves as a good jogging route. Above the plot are Metsahallitus' lands, where it is good to berry and enjoy everyone's rights. There is room for several cars to park in the yard. In winter, plugs for the block heater are also used. Charging cars is prohibited without a separate agreement.

A Peaceful Retreat in Nature

The cabin is located in Puolanka, Finland. There are four cottages on the same side of the lake, but these have little use, especially outside of summertime, so the area is peaceful. There are few people on the lake, who are also mainly rowing by hand. The cottage is surrounded by the forest, so nature often comes close. Birds, squirrels, hares, foxes, and reindeer may appear depending on the time of year and time of day. The cottage road is quiet and is well suited for outdoor activities or hiking. On the nearest public road, Lylykylantie has very little traffic.
