The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure. The Meyers Ranch Cabin sits on a working cattle ranch only one hour's drive from Mt. Lassen Volcanic Park. This charming 800-square-foot cabin has a private hot spring and Starlink internet. The cabin has a private reservoir, great hiking, bird watching, and beautiful vistas.

During your vacation stay you'll find excellent cycling roads with very little traffic.

Lake Almanor is just 15 minutes away and 5 minutes from downtown Greenville. In the area, you'll find several mountain lakes. The cabin is just a 2-hour drive from Reno, Nevada, and Lake Tahoe, 1 hour from Mt. Lassen National Volcanic Park, and 5 hour's drive from San Francisco. The vacation cabin sits in a grove of aspen trees on edge of a large meadow next to the main ranch house and barn. The cabin has a fenced yard and patio. The two-story cabin is charming with a knotty pine interior and an open living room/kitchen floor plan. The only bedroom with a vaulted ceiling is on the second floor. The cabin has modern conveniences including a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, gas fireplace, and shower.

You will have access to the ranch with scenic vistas, meadows, pastures, woods, creeks, and a summer reservoir for swimming and kayaking.

There are wonderful places to take in birds and wildlife and relax. Great for walks, hiking, and nature watching. The friendly owner family is onsite and willing to offer ideas on travel and activities. The entire cabin rental and fenced yard are yours, and you will also have access to the entire ranch including the basketball court, hot spring, and swimming reservoir. The chores on the ranch vary depending on the time of the year. The swimming reservoir is only available in summer and early fall. The snow varies from week to week in the winter.
