The brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury river home sleeps up to six guests and is located on the Tennessee River Gorge. This vacation home features an enormous dock with year-round deep water and access to a public boat ramp located less than half a mile away. There are kayaks available for use during your vacation stay. Shop Tiny Homes Soak up the sun in the outdoor lounge chairs or enjoy dining on either the main deck or the rooftop deck. This river house has some of the most amazing river views and unforgettable sunsets. Inside you'll find an open floor plan with a spacious living room and kitchen. Down the hallway, there is one bedroom with a standard queen-sized bed and a full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The upstairs guest bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed. The master bedroom has a standard king-sized bed. The master bath features a tile shower and a large soaking tub.
The covered rooftop deck includes a large tv, dining seating, and a lounge area.
On the TV you will find YouTube TV and Netflix. The main deck includes a lounge area, firepit, and kayaks. This house is the most convenient river home with it being the closest river home located to downtown Chattanooga. Downtown Chattanooga has a vast array of restaurants and outings for you to enjoy throughout your stay. The Tennessee River Gorge is locally known as Tennessee's Grand Canyon, the 26-mile gorge runs through the Cumberland Mountain and is one of the top 5 longest and most beautiful gorges in the country. This house is on the Tennessee Riverfront so you'll want to exercise caution. This rental is not suitable for pets. 2 vehicles are permitted on the property.

The Tennessee Riverpark is one of the most popular Chattanooga parks, especially during the long hot summers. It starts at the Chickamauga Dam and winds for the next ten miles along the mighty Tennessee River until it reaches downtown Chattanooga. It is narrow and linear, between eight and ten feet wide, and has a well-lit trail and lovely landscaped grounds. The park offers endless opportunities for several activities, or for simply enjoying the view of the river. The park has six fishing piers for avid fishermen and a boat ramp from which to launch your boat or dip your canoe into the water.
