The Breathe Easy is located just minutes from the famous Mast General Store in scenic Valle Crucis and the Valle Crucis Community Riverfront Park.

The home is about 10 minutes from Boone. Close-by attractions include Tweetsie Railroad theme park, Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain Ski Area, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Hawks Nest Zip Line, Snow Tubing, High Gravity Adventures Climbing Park, Wahoo's Whitewater Rafting, and much more. The Breathe Easy is accessed by a steep gravel driveway. It is plowed in the wintertime. As with all the homes, 4WD and tire chains are necessary for winter access to this vacation property. In the summer, the cabin home is accessible with 2WD but guests should be prepared for a steep gravel climb. The steepest part of the road was paved in 2016 for improved access.
