The unique anchored houseboat is equipped with most things that you need. There is a bedroom with a comfortable double sized bed and views of the water. The cozy vacation retreat has a gas-powered shower, fridge/freezer, stove, and barbecue. The houseboat has a flushable chemical toilet, electricity for a computer, and mobile (12 volts and 230 volts) via the solar cells. The houseboat has a sun deck in all directions, with a seating area, sun loungers, and an outdoor covered patio where the outdoor kitchen is located.

Romantic Amenities and Activities

The houseboat has a stove for heating and coziness. The raft also includes a romantic old-fashioned wooden rowing boat. During your vacation stay, you'll have free loans of a canoe, a jetty, other boats, and life jackets. By agreement with the host, there is a free sauna and a hot tub by the beach are also available. The houseboat has free firewood for burning and grilling, along with good water available onboard in special containers. The houseboat is anchored with a long line and because of this the surrounding view, changes depending on the direction of the wind. Every morning you wake up you will have a new view through the large panoramic windows on the houseboat. The accommodation is due to boat transport and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or severely overweight people.

During your vacation stay at the houseboat, you'll have use of the wooden boat entirely for your use. There are a washer and dryer that are shared with the two other rental cottages at the shoe. The same goes for both the sauna and the hot tub. There is also access to a washing machine and a dryer. The houseboat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll only need to bring along food, suitable drinks, and the clothing that you need. Duvets, blankets, and pillows are also provided in the houseboat. Bed linen and towels are available for rent at an additional fee. The houseboat is beautifully finished with wood inside and out. Guest Responsibilities and House Rules

It is asked that the houseboat be left in the same good condition as it is at check-in. There is cleaning equipment available onboard. The houseboat has a kitchen and toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products, and cleaning equipment. The houseboat has solar cells that allow for your mobile phones and computers to be charged via 12 volts (USB) or 230 volts. There is 12volt lighting that is available on board, as well as candles. There are no parties or other visitors allowed on board for security reasons. Because of the sensitivity of the area, the guests should as sparing as possible with the sound image.
