Sample some wine at the Bainbridge winery and vineyard, which has a tasting room that is open year-around. Have an afternoon picnic on the water at the Fay Bainbridge Park, which is only a short drive away. Downtown Bainbridge is only 4-miles away and has several shops and restaurants available. It is best to have a car to get around Bainbridge Island. There are bus services that are available during commuter hours that pick up at the ferry terminal. You can also arrange for a ride through BI-Rides with reservation lines open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
