All of the packages from Green Garden Chicken come with all windows and doors, as well as the insulation for the exterior walls and roof. These small log homes are created by professional Amish cabin builders who pre-build the log cabins, and then they will deliver them to your property. For those who want a hand in building their log cabin, they can also bring all of the supplies out to the property so the cabins can be built right on site. The first option of having the cabin prebuilt is favourable since it's done inside, in a controlled environment which means the weather will not affect the building process and timeline.

So many times with outdoor construction processes things get stalled because of horrible weather conditions. Whether it's raining or snowing or just too cold out, so many things can put a stall on the building process. So having the small log homes built in a warehouse setting ensures the cabin builders will be able to work on the cabin building process every day and that means you get your home or cabin sooner. Log houses like this one are great for using as a vacation home beside the lake or maybe tucked away into the forest somewhere.

This particular wood cabin would provide plenty of space for a small family to enjoy summer vacations and perhaps for winter vacations too. The builders use Structurally Insulated Panels for the insulation which ensures that the wood cabin will stay nice and warm during the winter and cool in the summertime. There is nothing worse than having to run a heater or a fan all the time, using up valuable energy when instead you can choose to have a well-insulated log house that can solve a lot of common heat loss and cooling issues. Another problem that can arise when a wood cabin or log house isn't properly insulated is that of mold and mildew problems.

You want to spend some time paying attention to where the sun shines most on your property, and which areas of the wood cabin you want to be the brightest. It's nice to have bedrooms facing the East, so you get the morning sun if that's something you enjoy, and the living room and kitchen usually get the West direction to enjoy the setting sun. You also want to consider your surrounding views too, placing your windows where they can maximize your location. See which cabins you like the most from the company and which one you would choose for yourself and your family.
