All log house companies generally only provide the log shell to your building site. This log house company is different in that they take the log shell and turn it into a fully finished home for you. Their job is to project manage the process from start to finish for you taking the pain out of the cabin building.

They work closely with the log house company to prepare the foundations and floor, then work on the assembly with them on site. They arrange and manage all of the remaining building materials and subcontractors, and work with them as a team until completion. Once the shell has been reassembled on your building site, the hard work begins. First off is the roof.

Getting the roof on the log house shell as quickly as possible is key. In many cases, they have contracted to other building companies all over the South Island to help them with this stage. As soon as the roof is on they will have your windows and doors installed and the outer cladding finished where required.
