Through the door, you enter into the living room which has some great built-in seating with storage beneath it. This is a great idea for tiny houses since you can never have too much storage in your tiny house on wheels since space is pretty limited. There's also a nice table in front of the sofa that's removable to make more space which is a nice feature.

Plus, there's a storage shelf above the couch as well for plants, books and anything else. The ladder leading up to the loft area also features some great storage too. The designers and builders can also leave this space open so that owners can put whatever furniture they like in their home as well.

Also in the home is a ceiling fan with light which is great for circulating the air in the tiny house. The loft features enough space for a king size bed, and there are also some windows up there for ventilation and more light. Throughout the home, they used commercial grade vinyl plank flooring which looks really warm and earthy.

As for the water and plumbing they can add water tanks, composting toilet and laundry machines too. The typical time to complete a standard model is 12 weeks, and they do a five payment system consisting of the first 20% deposit and then another payment at the time of the trailer being finished, then when the framing is done, when the shell is complete and then when it's ready for delivery.
