This cabin is only about 1 year old and is situated on an 8-acre cleared property close to a variety of outdoor attractions. Local amenities and activities include hiking, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, fishing, hunting, and biking. A few miles down the road from this cabin you will find direct access to the Sandy Creek bike trail, which connects you to 42 miles of paved trails, giving bike access to the cities of Franklin, Oil City, Emlenton, and Foxburgh, along with countless river views and two railroad tunnels. Also just down the road are the Kennerdell Scenic overlook, Freedom Falls, and the historic Rockland iron furnace.

Approximately 12 minutes away is the Cranberry shopping area which includes a Walmart, various stores as well as numerous restaurants. During your vacation stay, you will have access to the entire cabin and backyard area. You will be the only one staying on the 8-acre property.

The neighbor's house and yard next door are separate from the cabin property and guests are not permitted on their property. Please keep in mind this is a very rustic cabin, you might see the odd ladybug or wasp, additionally, the logs are a bit rough so the walls and beams may not pass the white glove test.
