In winter and early spring, the owners also recommend ski mountaineering routes. Ski tourism is especially favored by the proximity of the log cottage to the Western Tatras. Exploring the Tatra National Park

You can come to Zakopane and not visit the mountains, but whoever crosses the border of the Tatra National Park once leaves his heart in the mountains and returns there at every opportunity. The log house is a great starting point for mountain trips. The proximity of the Western and Slovak Tatras encourages excursions. The owners also recommend bicycle tours; it is possible to rent bicycles. In summer, it is also worth going to the Babia Góra National Park, reaching Babia Góra, or seeing the open-air museum in Zubrzyca.

Relaxation at Thermal Springs

And after tiring winter or summer hikes, it is worth soothing tired bodies in thermal springs, the temperature of which will warm and relax everyone. It is enough to go to Slovakia, a few miles from the log cottage, to jump into the hot water in the Meander Park (Oravice), or go a bit further to Tatralandia (Liptovski Mikulas) or Beszeniowa (Besenova). You can also use the Chochołowskie Thermal Baths, which are located just a few minutes from the log cottage.
