This brand new tiny home cabin 4 features a cozy living room with a TV, full bathroom, stocked kitchen (refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffee maker) air conditioning, and a propane heater. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2 sleeping lofts both have queen size mattresses. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The vacation property is pet friendly. The property sits along 1600 feet of the North Toe River (stocked with trout) and is 10 miles off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Western North Carolina.

The Tiny Home Cabin 4 can comfortably sleep up to 8 people and features a queen size bed on the main floor and has 2 sleeping lofts, each with a queen-size memory gel foam bed. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa. The tiny cabin has a cozy living room with a TV and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and coffee maker. The cabin has several windows that look directly out to the fishing pond and allows great mountain breezes (aided by a ceiling fan) as well as panoramic mountain views.

The cabin also has air conditioning for those rare hot summer days and a propane heater that keeps the tiny cabin plenty warm during cold winter nights.

The cabin has a huge covered porch that looks directly at the pond and Buck Hill Mountain. Enjoy s'mores by your fire pit any time of the year. Or grill out using the communal park-style charcoal grills by the pond. You bring your linens or a sleeping bag, your fishing poles, and your hiking shoes (the campground is 144 acres and the property has a hiking trail to the top of Buck Hill Mountain, approximately a 60-minute hike for most people). The campground also has a laundry facility, and arcade room (with billiards, pinball, and arcade games), and the property just got a brand new (May of 2019) dedicated fiber service that provides free high-speed internet all over the campground. Snow lovers, we are only 12 miles from tubing at Jonas Ridge and 22 miles from Skiing at Sugar Mountain!

The entire tiny home cabin and campground is available for guests to enjoy.

Guests will have access to the following amenities on the campground to include free Wifi, a game room (billiards, pinball, arcade games), 2 bath houses (with hot showers and clean restrooms), North Toe River (great for fishing, tubing, and kayaking), picnic table and fire ring outside the cabin door, coin laundry room, gathering room with TV, a library of books, and card tables.
