There is no running water however there will be a supply of freshwater for drinking and cooking. There is a composting toilet located in the sleeping loft. There are hiking trails located on the 100-acre vacation property. In the winter you can enjoy your day cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. The snowmobile trail is located at the end of the road for convenient access. There is a great hill for sledding and snowboarding. You can also enjoy the pond for skating and hockey tournaments.

There are some beautiful golf courses located in the area as well.
In the winter season, Blue Mountain is located just 45 minutes away from Ontario's best skiing and snowboarding. During your vacation stay, you can spend some time dining and shopping in the Village of Blue Mountain as well. The snowmobile trails are located right at the end of the road for all you adventure seekers. Harrison Park is known for its public skating rink and amazing tobogganing hill. There is no shortage of things to do in the beautiful Grey Bruce Area.
