The A-frame cabin building can accommodate up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bath. You can get away from it all when you stay under the stars. This chalet is right on the ITS trail, nestled in the middle of a wooded lot. The cabin provides lots of privacy. During your vacation stay, you can enjoy the fire pit, bring your snowmobiles, bikes, and trailers. The cabin space is super cozy with a 55-inch TV and a small kitchen to prepare your meals. The bedroom is in the loft with a catwalk opening up to a balcony. Enjoy access to year-round outdoor activities as you are nearby Katahdin Iron Works, the Jo Mary region, and Sebec and Schoodic lakes. This place has it all.

Features of the cabin include a hot shower, a cute kitchen with everything you need to make up your meals, and a comfy queen bed up in the loft with screened doors and windows for fresh air. Outside there is a fire pit and direct access to the ITS trail. The cabin sits on a private wooded lot with a private driveway. You can get away from it all and enjoy the stars. This is a great cabin building for couples, or use the air mattress and sofa downstairs to sleep more people. This is a small space, ideal for couples or small families, more than 3 or 4 people would be too tight. The cabin does have a pack-and-play crib for families with little ones.

Accessibility and Nearby Services

You will need a vehicle as you are about 8 miles away from the town where you can get all your services and supplies including Dunkin' Donuts and McDonald's. The town has restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The trail will take you throughout Maine on the ITS snowmobile trails system. The trail is a dedicated snowmobile trail and is closed in the off-season. The loft is accessible via a very steep set of stairs, kind of like a hybrid ladder/stairs, with a 60-degree pitch. You will need to be able to climb to get up to bed.

A location is a great place to bike, hike, snowmobile, or just enjoy the quiet of the Maine woods. Sebec Lake is just a few miles to the north and there is a convenience store with a small dining area about two miles north. The town of Milo just to the east is home to Bissell Brothers Brewing Three Rivers location which features some of New England's most sought-after craft beers and has a tasting room on site with live music occasionally. You will need a vehicle as you are 8 miles from town.
