The home has an outdoor shaded patio that also gives you access to an oversized ice machine, under-counter beverage cooler, and wet bar kitchenette. During your vacation stay you can enjoy a margarita from the bar as you sunbathe on the large deck, with a garage door-style screen, looking out over the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Indoors you'll find a state-of-the-art lounge that has several areas to relax and/or have a private conversation.

You can take a seat at the bar and admire the handmade bar top, or feel like a professional chef using the top-of-the-line commercial kitchen with two ovens. Lariat Springs will accommodate up to 14 overnight guests comfortably in its 5 bedrooms with 3 king rooms and 2 double queen rooms.

One king room is handicap accessible. Each room has an attached private bath, independent HVAC unit, 50-inch TV, Sonos sound system, beverage cooler, coffee station, and microwave. Two to four additional guests can stay on comfortable air mattresses if need be. The gated parking lot is secure and has room for up to 20 vehicles.
