A Stunning Turnkey Log Cabin in Spicewood

It doesn't get better than this Spicewood, Texas brand new fully furnished turnkey Adirondack farmhouse log cabin. No expense was spared on this fully furnished queen-bedroom log cabin for sale. The owners started with an Amish building 12-foot by 36-foot shell and went from there. This is not a stick-built shed. This is a real log cabin with insulated walls, ceilings, and floors. Every window, every door, and every fixture is exactly what you would find in a quality residential home.

High-Quality Construction and Modern Amenities

The owners brought in licensed contractors, plumbers, electricians, and HVAC crew to insure top quality for this build-out. The log cabin has brand new whirlpool appliances from refrigerator to oven, to microwave, to dishwasher right down to garbage disposal in the sink. They even made room for a full-size laundry center. The bathroom is fully equipped with a 24-foot sink vanity, a full-size shower, and a regular toilet. They installed an up flush system so no plumbing is exposed under the unit. The full front porch with a vaulted ceiling even comes with a porch swing. Tons of space in the living room with brand-new Serta furniture. The 6-foot kitchen island has another pull-out work surface to double your counter space. Plus 3 stools that tuck right under.

Bright and Spacious Kitchen with Ample Storage

The kitchen has new cabinets from Lowes, a butcher block countertop, and tons of storage. To keep it open and bright, they used glass French doors for the bedroom and bathroom. There are privacy curtains in the cupboard for both doors. There is a new 200amp electric service with a whole house surge protector. The log cabin has a 2-zone double split for air conditioning and heat. There is hot water on demand and you will never run out. There are plenty of electric outlets both inside and out. All the services are conveniently located together on the outside of the log cabin. Everything is ready for you to hook up to electricity, water, and sewer.

Rich Finishes and Cozy Ambiance

The log cabin has plank farmhouse flooring in the tobacco barn finish. It adds richness to the cabin without competing agents with the beautiful vaulted ceilings and exposed trusses. Pretty much everything you see is what you get minus accessories like pictures, plants, and pillows. All the new and antique furniture comes with it. You'll be pleasantly surprised with all the great details and features of this stunning fully furnished farmhouse log cabin. With just 500 square feet of space, this log cabin feels larger than its tiny house footprint. The peaked roof helps to give the log cabin a spacious look and feel, along with the use of light wood throughout that helps to brighten the place up, and still manage to feel cozy. The front covered porch extends the inside space out, providing a place to sit and relax no matter the weather.
