Innovative Park Model Cabins

These park model cabins are from the Cabins To Go series from Gastineau Log Homes. The company is a log home builder that is located in Missouri in the United States. Log Cabins 2 Go (LC2GO) is a new concept for small housing and cabins that use full log wall construction in a park model size. The Oak log cabin is manufactured in the company's controlled factory environment and can be used when it's placed on the building site. They have dovetailed corners, all of the logs are sealed on the outside and varnished on the interior. It's actually the only full log park model available in the world. Use it as a weekend cabin where it might be difficult to build or where there are property restrictions. People also use them as studios or guest suites on their property in addition to their main home.

Customizable Options and Affordability

They have 4 standard floor plans available but they can customize any of them to build the perfect cabin for each customer. All of the park models have cathedral beamed ceilings covered with tongue and groove wood siding. The floors are finished with 3/4″ solid Oak flooring and the roof is a green metal roof. They also have 100 amp electrical boxes and a 20-gallon electric water heater. The park model starts at $52,000 which is very reasonable and makes it possible to have a cabin or home sooner than later. This would be a great option for those who want a log cabin feel without the price of a full log cabin.
