The charming tiny house design is perfect for a getaway cabin building, hunting cabin, or off-grid tiny house in the middle of nowhere. You might choose to live alone or with a small or medium-sized dog. The first floor in this tiny house on wheels has sleeping which is great for those who don't want to climb a ladder. There is lots of under-bed storage and a pull-out trundle sleeping platform. Every bit of space in the tiny house design is used. This tiny house was built not as a showpiece but to be lived in on or off-grid.

Functional Interior Layout

When you enter the tiny house on wheels there is the daybed (pillows added during the day give a couch type look) with underneath storage, bookshelves, and two windows to your left. To your right is an 8-foot bookshelf storage area and behind the door in the tiny house design are hooks/storage. At the foot of the bed is a back-facing bookcase that could also be used for kitchen/pantry storage. Overhead in this charming tiny house on wheels is the front storage loft and overhead pegs that run the width and form a subtle spatial definition. Just past the bookcase in the right of this tiny house is a nook where there is an electric fireplace that effectively heats the whole place on all but the coldest of days and atop on window sill, my little TV and antennae.

Efficient Kitchen and Storage Solutions

Past the television, there are shelves that hold the microwave or other appliances with a drop table beneath and some wire organizers for additional storage. On the left, there is the propane fireplace, kitchen window, sink, refrigerator, river rock countertop, and pegboard shelving that can be configured how you want. At the left on the end of the counter is a handmade rustic towel holder and more pegboard for utensils and more. Across on the left wall of the tiny house design are two additional kitchen windows with expandable racks for holding cloths, hats, small towels, and more. Beyond on the left wall, you will find clothing storage and to the right of clothing storage (behind the kitchen area) is the bathroom/shower area. This tiny house design is a good example of how you can maximize a tiny space to suit your lifestyle and needs.

Sturdy Construction and Safety Features

The tiny house on wheels is built solid, built with hurricane ties, bolts, and mostly screws with very few nails. The tiny home has wide window sills on all windows, with overhead shelving that surrounds the interior perimeter, overhead center storage, wood floors, front and rear storage lofts, and more. The tiny house is built on an 18-foot deck and sits about 2 feet off the ground so you are pretty safe unless you get extremely high water. The width of the deck is about 7.5 to 8 feet.
