The lodge is the perfect self-catering accommodation located in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The Five Acre Holiday Camp is a quiet holiday park that also has a cozy Shepherds Hut, Holiday Caravan, pitches for touring caravans and camping, and a private fishing lake. The luxurious lodge sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms with an extra sleeping area for 2 additional people in the lounge. In addition to the raised deck and private hot tub, the lodge is surrounded by an open grassy area for the family to enjoy. The holiday lodge has one double-size bed and two single-size beds.

Five Acre is conveniently located within walking distance to the village of Bacton, with its fantastic pub and a shop for holiday self-catering essentials. So many other great locations and venues within a short drive just 25 minutes to Bury St Edmunds, 30 minutes to Thetford Forest, and just over an hour to the Suffolk Coast, Aldeburgh, and Southwold. There is also a fishing lake on-site at Five Acre. The vacation property has a fishing lake (charge applies), fishing rod hires available, and a firepit (hire charge).

Exploring Bacton

Bacton is a coastal village in north Norfolk, with excellent clifftop walks and stunning coastal scenery. Bacton is best known today for the large gas pipeline terminal on the edge of the village. The partial remains of Broomholm Priory stand just outside Bacton. Bacton beach is in a small village that sits on the Norfolk coast between Cromer and Great Yarmouth. It is a sandy beach with wooden groynes and some grass areas behind it. At high tide, the beach all but disappears. When the tide is out it is perfect for long walks up and down the coast.
