The kitchen has a 24-inch farmhouse sink, 2 burner glass cooktop, custom-built lower cabinets with toe kick drawers, custom-built upper floating shelves, a vent hood with a ventilation fan to the exterior, and butcher block countertops.

The tiny house has 3 stand-up bedrooms (2 lofts and one downstairs), a storage staircase and ship ladder and hand railings to access lofts, built-in booster steps to access the bed platform, and Egress windows in each bedroom space.
