Explore Australia with this Mobile Tiny Home

A gorgeous tiny house with all of the right amenities, the Independent Series 4800 from Designer Eco Tiny Homes in Australia is the perfect home on the go.
This tiny house is 15 feet long by 8 feet wide and 14 feet high weighing 3,500 kgs making it a smaller tiny house which would be great for vacations and backyard guesthouses. People can live in houses this small full-time as well if they like. The design for this tiny house is nice and modern with beautiful wood siding on the exterior and metal touches here and there. Shop Tiny Homes High-quality windows are installed throughout the home as well which opens it up to the outside world. Through the door, you enter into the living room which has some great built-in seating with storage beneath it. This is a great idea for tiny houses since you can never have too much storage in your tiny house on wheels since space is pretty limited. There's also a nice table in front of the sofa that's removable to make more space which is a nice feature. Plus, there's a storage shelf above the couch as well for plants, books and anything else. The ladder leading up to the loft area also features some great storage too. The designers and builders can also leave this space open so that owners can put whatever furniture they like in their home as well.
Also in the home is a ceiling fan with light which is great for circulating the air in the tiny house.
The loft features enough space for a king size bed, and there are also some windows up there for ventilation and more light. Throughout the home, they used commercial grade vinyl plank flooring which looks really warm and earthy. The kitchen is a wonderful place for meal prep, and even though it's small, the layout is great, so there is more than enough space to prepare meals. In the kitchen, they include all appliances including a cooktop, a sink and a fridge. The cabinets are a fresh white with modern hardware on them for a sleek contemporary look. Plus, there's also a large closet or pantry area across from the kitchen for even more storage. The bathroom includes a flushing toilet, a shower, a vanity unit and a mirror cabinet for a complete bathroom onboard. They installed LED internal lighting throughout the home, and the home can be run on Hybrid solar or a mains power system.
Customers can also add on different things for their home too.
Including extra windows, a sliding glass door, French swinging glass entrance doors, a skylight and anything else their hearts desire. Air conditioning can also be added to keep the place nice and cool throughout the hot summer, and off-grid solar packages ranging in price from $6,360 to $9,660 can be arranged too. As for the water and plumbing they can add water tanks, composting toilet and laundry machines too. The typical time to complete a standard model is 12 weeks, and they do a five payment system consisting of the first 20% deposit and then another payment at the time of the trailer being finished, then when the framing is done, when the shell is complete and then when it's ready for delivery. Each of these payments is $11,845 which makes the tiny house cost around $60,000 when all is said and done. Upon completion, the tiny houses are also issued a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) which makes them easier to register. If you live in Australia and you're interested in tiny house living or having a tiny house on wheels as a vacation home, Designer Eco Tiny Homes can help you out.
