The boat is positioned perfectly on its own privately fenced three-acre forest, on a smallholding where the owners live in a 1760 Georgian property with their horses, pet goats, chickens, and dogs. They try to live an eco-friendly sustainable lifestyle and as such the boat runs entirely off-grid with renewable energy that is produced by their solar panels.
