Scots Pine Lodge is a stunning timber-built Eco lodge that is nestled within the wooded countryside to the east of Inverness and within very easy access to Inverness Airport. The lodge has been cleverly designed to make use of both the indoor and outdoor space and provides extremely flexible accommodation arranged over two levels. Access is from a side door which leads into a bright and airy open plan living space that incorporates the hall, kitchen, dining, and sitting areas with a bathroom located off the hall. The modern kitchen is well-equipped and comes with a range of units and a selection of integrated appliances which include a dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge freezer.
The dining/sitting area is a beautiful bright and airy space with plenty of space for a large table and chairs a solid fuel burner and patio doors out to a timber deck. Stairs lead up to a mezzanine level with a stunning bright room with a large circular whirlpool Jacuzzi bath, you then continue up to the first floor where you will find both bedrooms. The principal bedroom has an en suite shower room and balcony from where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
The lodge benefits from high-quality natural oak and stone flooring throughout, under-floor heating, and a multi-room surround sound system.
To the front of the lodge are a wood-fired hot tub and an adjacent decking area overlooking the surrounding countryside. Scots Pine Lodge enjoys a wonderful, private setting 10 miles from the center of Inverness and only 3 miles from Inverness Airport. The airport serves London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, and the offshore Scottish Islands, with occasional dedicated flights to Europe. Inverness railway station is the hub for journeys east to Aberdeen, west to Skye, north to Thurso, and south to Edinburgh and London (including a sleeper service). Inverness offers a range of extensive activities and attractions including Inverness Castle, Cathedral, Eden Court Theatre, leisure center, and excellent shopping and medical facilities.
