Camper Trailer Telescopes to Three Times its Size in 20 Seconds

This amazing trailer gives a whole new meaning to teardrop camper designs. Teardrop campers are ideal for people who don't want something large to pull behind their vehicle, but the one disadvantage to teardrop small house design is they don't have a lot of room inside. A French company called Beauer is changing that with their 3X telescope trailer. It's still small and lightweight when it's being towed, but when it's parked it expands to three times the size. With just a push of a button, in about 20 seconds, the small trailer which looks like three tin cans nestled together expands to be a full-sized camper and has plenty of interior space.

The living area has a large dining table and sofa seating which converts into a double bed for kids or overnight guests. The kitchen has a two-burner stove, a small refrigerator, a sink, cupboards with enough room for an optional oven. The bedroom in the trailer has enough room for a double bed and the small bathroom is designed as an ensuite and features a shower, sink, and cassette toilet. The Beauer 3X tiny houses on wheels come in a variety of bright and fun colour schemes so it will suit anyone's style. The interior fixtures in these tiny houses on wheels are designed to slot in beside each other when the tiny caravan is closed so that as soon as it is expanded the tiny camper is almost ready to use. The Beauer company also integrated the 3X into a camper van called the 3XC and then created a larger model of the trailer called the 3X+. This tiny mobile trailer is modern, with a design that has everything you need for a comfortable stay on the road.

The best part about this trailer is that you have the convenience of towing a smaller camper, but the benefit of the extra space once you are parked. These trailers are a great way to travel or even to live and they are much like teardrop campers, tent trailers, RVs or gypsy vardo wagons. The Beauer 3X will cost around $33,000 and will be available in different colours. They will be for sale around 2018 in Europe and France, but they haven't yet decided on when to release them to the United States or Canada.

In the meantime, if you're looking for a similar option there are tiny campers available in Canada and the United States that are small enough and light enough to be able to be towed by smaller vehicles. This is a great way to get out of having to stay in tents when you camp and would be much more comfortable. Another option is to buy an affordable used lightweight trailer to remodel and make your own. Even though it wouldn't be quite as modern as this one, you can outfit it with some more modern fixtures as needed. Overall, mobile campers are a great way to enjoy travelling and spending more time in the great outdoors and this trailer would just make that experience even more luxurious.
