Imagine having your own tiny house ready to travel with, no designing, no building needed. Just order the home you like, and they'll deliver it to your lot. That's what you can expect with a tiny house like the Vista Boho tiny house, from Escape Homes. This is a spin-off of their popular Vista tiny house design, and it allows occupants to live in a homey environment on the go. The tiny house design is 21 feet long, 8.6 feet wide with 10-foot ceilings. The Vista Boho starts at $39,900 for the basic model and then there is the Deluxe Option, which is $48,850 or the Off-Grid option starting at $47,850. These tiny houses all come with plenty of large windows which really open the space up and lots of multifunctional furniture. There's even a great little kitchen to prepare food in, and a nice bedroom area to lounge in that even has a TV in it.
The basic Vista Boho model comes with the custom trailer which is coated for rust resistance, as well as steel floor joists; the trailer is insulated with rodent resistant steel, radial tires, a safety hitch, 2 5/16” ball, leveling jacks and more. The framing is done with 2x4 16-inch on centre walls with closed cell foam insulation. It's powered with a 30A/120v power center with 100AH battery for back-up power. All of the windows are Low-E, thermopane windows and most of them open for nice circulation. They added some vertical wood siding with a custom stain finish and aluminum accents. Cedar or Shou Sugi Ban siding can be added instead for an extra charge. Like all of the tiny houses from Escape Traveler Homes, this one comes with a metal roof with a 40-year warranty. There's also a full glass entry door and an exterior light as well as a doorbell like a regular home. To get up to the tiny house, there are folding steps which makes it practical for travel. Just fold them up when in motion and then down again when you're parked, much like an RV.
Inside, the walls are covered in protected and sealed sustainably grown Pine, the ceiling and trim is also done in this material too. The floors are composite but if the customers want oak hardwood just add $900. All of the windows come with coverings to filter out light, the bedroom area can also come with blackout coverings as well for an extra charge. Throughout the home are energy saving LED lights to save energy and money. They also installed an on-demand RV water heater and an LP Furnace. The kitchen is beautiful with maple cabinetry, butcher block countertops that can also be upgraded to stone for $800. A mini fridge to save space and a deep stainless sink with the option of cabinets or shelving for less. There's also the beautiful stainless steel RV stove and oven. There's also the bathroom on board which includes a sink, 36-inch shower, a Toto toilet with an exhaust fan and a medicine cabinet.
There's also plenty of storage including a tall storage closet, a set of drawers, 2 large drawers under the couch and one under the bed. The bathroom also has plenty of storage too. In the living room, there is a very comfortable couch and a pull-down table on the other side of the room. Plus TV hookups and a USB outlet. Customers can also add a 39 inch TV with a Blu Ray player for an extra $700 and even make it a pop-up option for an extra fee too. Customers can even add a washer and dryer combination unit for only $2,500 too so they would have laundry right on board. Wouldn't this be such a great travel trailer?
