The tiny house is perched above a lovely stretch of private rocky coastline that is easily accessible from a path that is directly in front of the tiny house. During your vacation stay you could spend hours exploring the rock beach below looking for driftwood, fossils, rocks, and sea glass or stroll over to the sandy beach, that is located just a 5 minute walk away. This location boasts some of the warmest water north of the Carolinas. The tiny house is solar-powered, with propane heat and the water is supplied by an onsite well.
The tiny house has a kitchen that is fully equipped, but because the tiny house runs on solar power, there are a few kitchen appliances that the tiny house does without.
The tiny house does not have an oven or a microwave. Instead, there is a built-in propane cooktop. The tiny house also has a 3.8 cubic foot fridge with a small freezer that’s compatible with the solar system and is big enough for your food and drink during your stay.

During your stay, you won't be able to use hairdryers or straighteners because they are not compatible with the solar panel system. The loft has panoramic windows of the scenic surroundings so you can sit up in the queen sized-bed and look out to the ocean. You'll hear the sound of waves breaking below as you go to sleep. During your vacation stay, you can buy fresh lobsters at the harbour to cook and enjoy. The owners do not allow lobsters to be cooked inside but have a left a guide on how to prepare your authentic lobster dinner at the tiny house.
