The tiny house has a queen-sized elevator bed and one queen-sized pull out couch. There is an outdoor living deck that is designated to the Manini unit as well as common areas (barbecue and fire pit)that are shared with other guests. The owners are committed to off the grid living and have invested in the top of the line plumbing system that is a unique alternative. The property is 3 acres of land nestled on the Hualalai mountainside overlooking the ocean.

The vacation property has 3 tiny house units available for rent but this Manini tiny house unit is allocated at the top half of the property and designated to the common areas of the fire pit, barbecue area, and surf shack. Should you decide you would like to rent all three tiny house units you'll want to contact the owners and they can help set that up for you. Hawaii requires state taxes of 14.6886 percent TAT and GE that is charged on my payout. This fee cannot be collected until you have checked in and then a request will be sent through Airbnb.
