The Bostonian located in Johnson City, Tennessee, United States is a 2 bedroom treehouse cabin that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The unique tiny house is settled among the trees beside an abandoned rock quarry pond. The cabin is close to everything, just 3 minutes from the Boones creek exit, and yet away from it all on a secluded 34 acres oasis. During your vacation stay, you can enjoy setting on the deck under the trees or snuggled up on the pallet swing bed with a good book or your special someone. Shop Tiny Homes The treehouse is accessible by a ramp, but you will need to clip a ladder to get to the loft. There are 2 twin-sized beds downstairs on the main level.

Also on the vacation property are other listings including The Sassafras and The Greek cottage, each is artistically created and truly unique. The Sassafras and The Greek Cottage were featured on DIY's Building off the Grid. Parking is immediately in front of the treehouse. The kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, air-fryer, toaster, and a gas grill outside. The treehouse has no stove or oven. The trail is the work of the Rails-to-Trails project, which used land that was once the ET and WNC Rail Line from an abandoned disused stretch and into a gorgeous trail. Despite being in a city and accessible via Alabama Street or Legion Street, the Tweetsie Trail is extremely relaxing and removed from any of the bustles of urban life. The trailhead leads you through a wide, flat trail that’s great for all skill levels and ages or even some biking or skating. You’ll see creeks, forests, rock formations, a quarry, and plenty of places to leave the trail to head to attractions near it.
