The Owl Hill House is an organically shaped structure built by a group of sculptors in the early 1980s and recently renovated by one of its original creators. Shop Tiny Homes The tiny house has a 570 square feet interior that is bright, airy, and cozy with hand-plastered, sculptural, white walls and custom built-in furniture. The home is set in a tranquil clearing surrounded by beautiful trees on a private Vermont dirt road and is the perfect base for exploring northern Berkshire County's cultural gems. and southern Vermont’s picturesque towns and natural beauty, or to just relax and leave the rectilinear world behind.

Outside the tiny home is surrounded by trees and nature, making this an excellent place to get away from it all. The house is in Pownal, Vermont, and is convenient to The Clark and Williams College 10 minutes away, Mass MoCA 20 minutes away, and Bennington, Vermont just 10 minutes away. There is a main space with a seating area, a sleeping nook with a queen-sized bed, and a kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and a custom-made bench. There is a small utility room that has a washer/dryer. There is high-speed Wi-Fi. The exterior landscaping is still in progress.

The house is 0.1 miles up a dirt road shared with 4 other houses. The road is regularly maintained but can have a few rough spots. In the warm months, it’s fine for any vehicle. In the winter months and the early spring, good snow tires are highly recommended, and All Wheel Drive or 4-Wheel Drive is optimal. After a snowstorm, or in icy conditions, you may have to leave your vehicle at the bottom of the hill and walk-up, it's a 4-5 minute walk. Winter in Vermont can often be an adventure.
