The Town.

A short drive or stroll down the gravel road will transport you to the back of the West Virginia inn, which is playfully called The Town. The Town is a slice of secluded serenity which includes The Boathouse, The Cowboy Cabin, The Baitshop, The Pavilion, and The Emerald Pond.

Rich Creek.

Bordering the northern edge of the estate, Rich Creek is a bold, cool water trout creek that offers fantastic fishing and memory-making opportunities for fishing enthusiasts, both young and old. The shallow water of Rich Creek is surrounded by trees. A wooden bridge connects the two banks of Rich Creek. The creek is an integral part of the vacation property. This beautiful creek winds its way around the length of the property. This portion of Rich Creek was once home to a dam for the Mill House that was located at the front end of the property. The remains of the dam can still be found in front of The Barn as well as the remains of The Raceway. The old millstone now leans on the oak tree in front of The Red Roof Barn.

Build Memories on its Banks.

Rich Creek provides a wonderful opportunity to build memories with your loved ones. Imagine sitting along the edge of our beautiful babbling creek, under the shade of the towering trees, dropping a line in the water, and opening up a world of conversation with your kids far away from the distraction of technology. Or, wading ankle-deep, searching under the smooth rocks in the creek shallows, searching for the elusive crawdads.

The Blue Hole.

In years gone by, this Blue Hole was used by the local churches for Sunday baptisms. Although no longer used as a swimming hole or baptismal, this reflecting pond is a fantastic fishing spot and wading spot.

Emerald Pond.

Bring your fishing poles and bait. This small, stocked pond, situated at the edge of The Town offers to catch and release opportunities for Smallmouth Bass and Bluegills.
