The wood cabin is a beautiful, fully-equipped beachfront vacation rental on West Grand Traverse Bay. Lee Point is the place to be, with the wood cabin comfortably sleeping up to 10 people across 3 floors with 3 full bathrooms, a washer/dryer, full-sized kitchen, decorative fireplace, and so much more. The cabin building has a 650 square foot Trex front deck with panoramic glass panes and a child/dog gate. The wood cabin has an entire top-level loft that is remodeled with a new bath and an additional bedroom. The lower level bathroom was fully remodeled in December 2016 and the wood cabin has a brand new queen-sized futon in the lower level.

The Beach has 150 feet of private West Bay beachfront for your use. The 2019 water levels were high so there weren't a lot of beaches available but beautiful short bluff to sit on. The cabin building has beach toys, towels, and a few chairs. The owners suggest bringing aqua socks for little children. There is also a fire pit on the small bluff that overlooks the water with benches and chairs and the owners will provide a starter bundle of wood. The vacation rental is a traditional log cabin building that is fully outfitted with linens, towels, cookware, and more and furnished for comfort and a Northern Michigan styled vacation. The wood cabin has 3 floors of space to relax and enjoy. There is a very private deck off the back of the wood cabin.

Dogs are welcome with an additional fee per day fee payable one week before check-in. Guests to the cabin building will be sent a private code for entry the week before their check-in which allows them to arrive when its convenient (4 pm and after) and without any hassle.

The top-level of the cabin building has a master suite in an open loft with one king-sized bed that can sleep, two people. The main level of the wood cabin has one bedroom with a bunk bed with 2 singles, a crib, and one private bedroom with a queen-sized bed, both of the bedrooms have doors. On the lower level, there is a common space that has bunk beds with one twin and one full that sleeps three in an alcove near the full bath and one full futon. There is also a regulation wooden crib from Pottery Barn in the main level bunk room, a high chair and a jogger stroller that are available for families with small children.
