The stunning ranch can accommodate up to 16 guests with 7 bedrooms, 12 beds, and 4.5 baths. The Ginger Ranch is an amazing 65 plus acre guest ranch with a pool, hot tub, fully outfitted game barn, ceremony arch, covered pavilion, playground, large fire pit, and so much more, all within 10 minutes to downtown Fredericksburg. The accommodations include a modern 2 bedroom farmhouse plus 5 cabins buildings. Shop Tiny Homes Amenities at the home include Smart TVs in every room, memory foam mattresses, luxurious bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen in a farmhouse. You are renting the entire ranch. the Ginger Ranch has two separate areas that will be all yours to enjoy.

The main area has a farmhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining.

Just outside the main house are the fully outfitted game barn with a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, corn hole, game table with poker and board games, full-size fridge, and wet bar. Next to the barn is an amazing covered fire pit. During your vacation stay, firewood can be gathered from around the ranch or you can bring your own. Adjacent to the barn is a covered pavilion, which is fully lit for nighttime. Next to the main house is the fenced-in pool and spa along with the Maple cabin that sleeps 6 people comfortably. There is a king-sized bed and 2 queen beds along with a sitting area. There is a detached full bath house for the Maple cabin to use.

The Village cabins are located about 150 yards away from the main house.

There is a pathway for the short walk between the cabin buildings and the main area or you can drive your vehicle on the road to the village cabins. There are 4 total cabin buildings and a full bathhouse. The three cabins sleep 2 and the biggest cabin sleeps 6 with a half bath. There is also another fire pit in the village for the cold evenings. All of the cabins and the main house beds are outfitted with flat-screen TVs, memory foam mattresses, comfortable linens, and modern farmhouse decor. There are two grills on the vacation property. One is propane and the other is a charcoal/wood smoker. The Ginger Ranch is an amazing place to sit back and enjoy the scenery with your group while still located just minutes from historic downtown Fredericksburg.

The ranch is perfectly set up to accommodate weddings.

There is a ceremony space with a wedding arch that you are free to decorate how you like. There are 60 wooden chairs stored in the shed you can use. There is also a covered pavilion with a dance floor. There are 13 picnic tables at the pavilion that seat 6 per table. Guests can explore the ranch within the fenced areas.
